11-Month Warranty Inspections
"We had an 11 month inspection completed prior to the warranty expiration on our new build. The scheduling, payment process, and document signing was easy and efficient. Communication from Mike prior to the inspection was excellent. During the inspection, Mike welcomed me to walk with him, which was incredibly educational for me. He explained what he was looking for, what the standard / code was, and why or why not the particular issue was good or deficient.
I appreciated his use of a drone to inspect our steep pitched roof. It prevented unnecessary wear on the roof and was a much safer alternative. He was able to notice that the top edge of our decorative shutters had not been painted with the drone.
Mike was very personable and a pleasure to talk with, but most importantly, I felt he was incredibly thorough during the inspection, and his report was thorough and accurate.

Report Quality — Photos, Video and Detail
Mike was very detailed, had a great report detailing all issues including pictures and videos. He was able to get me the complete report same day even though I wasn't his only inspection. I was able to call him with questions and he was knowledgeable on why certain things were problems and also what it would take to fix them. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for their home inspection.

PPI was recommended to me by a friend who works in real estate, and I'm very appreciative of the results they found. What originally looked like a very fortunate deal was clarified and showed the amount and severity of issues the place had, and it was a new build! The inspection wasn't that expensive compared to other rates, but saved me only god knows how much money in the long run for not buying that monument to poor craftsmanship.

Walking the Inspection With You
I had the opportunity to walk through a home inspection with Michael recently, and the experience was outstanding. I arrived a bit early, and he was kind enough to let me tag along while he worked. Throughout the process, Michael took the time to explain exactly what he was seeing, detailing why certain items were issues and clearly distinguishing between minor maintenance and major concerns.
He caught several things I completely missed during my initial visit, including a few questionable DIY repairs that could have been headaches down the road. While I haven't worked with many inspectors, Michael’s professionalism and customer service were exceptional. He managed to be incredibly detailed without making the process feel overwhelming. Highly recommended for anyone needing a thorough, transparent inspection.

Mike and Vicky were amazing to work with! We called for our inspection on a Tuesday night and Mike was able to be out there Thursday morning.
